People nowadays don’t really know much about energy drink. They just feel like drinking it when they are exhausted especially after exercising or playing sports. There are few examples of energy drinks such as Red Bull, Monster, Gatorade and many more. However, there are also some pros and cons of drinking energy drinks. Firstly, i think that energy drinks will help us boost our energy. It may help us to reduce the feeling of tiredness. This is one of the reasons why most of us like to drink energy drinks right after we finish our sports. Not only that, most of the energy drinks contain Vitamin B in it. It can help us to prevent many types of diseases such as stroke or heart diseases. But, consistently drinking energy drinks will also bring some side effect to us. For example, it will increase the rate of getting high blood sugar level as it contains a big amount of sugar in it. Besides, it will also cause insomnia or headache to us if we drink too much of it. In conclusion, we should control the amount of drinking energy drinks as it will strongly harm our body health.
